Terms and Conditions – Better Husband Better Wife Membership

By purchasing and participating in the Better Husband Better Wife Program (“Program”), operated by Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Better Husband Better Wife Program provides access to marital education materials, live and recorded coaching sessions, community interaction, devotionals, and other related resources for educational and personal development purposes only.

2. Disclaimer – No Therapy or Legal Advice

• The Better Husband Better Wife Program is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, nor does it create a therapist–client relationship.

• All content is for educational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes only.

• Nothing in the Better Husband Better Wife Program should be construed as professional counseling, legal, medical, or financial advice.

• You understand and agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results within your marriage and life.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Better Husband Better Wife Program.

• Member releases and holds harmless Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt and its representatives from any and all claims, including but not limited to: marital disputes, divorce, separation, or any legal proceedings that may arise.

• Member agrees not to subpoena, compel, or otherwise involve Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt or its representatives in any legal matter related to their marriage or family.

4. Community Standards

• The community is a confidential and respectful space. Members may not share, reproduce, or disclose what other members post.

• No rudeness, arguing, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will be tolerated.

• Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt reserves the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines, with no refund.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation or cancellation date.

• Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including videos, workbooks, devotionals, and materials, are the intellectual property of Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt.

• Members may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written permission.

7. Right to Modify or Terminate

• Visionary Minds Inc./Dr. Alduan Tartt reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Better Husband Better Wife Program at its discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].
